AKJ Books is a book wholesaler that specializes in serving the individual needs of K-12 schools, education companies, and literacy programs throughout North America. AKJ has provided exceptional service to educators and schools for 35 years and remains committed to making book selection and purchasing as easy as possible.

In addition to great books at great prices, we also offer a variety of services and programs including custom title research, fundraising programs and book clubs, and overstock/remainder shopping services. Each year we publish book collections for Elementary Schools and Secondary Schools, Reading Recovery teachers and programs, and State Book Award programs. We are also the second largest supplier of Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) books in the nation.

Backorders

We will contact you if you purchase an out-of-stock title. Please be advised that out-of-stock titles can take up to 60 days of the order date to arrive.

Returns Policy

Books purchased from our regular stock may be returned for full credit against future purchases. All books returned must include a copy of our original invoice to insure proper credit, and be in clean, uncirculated, resalable condition. Special order returns vary – call us for information.
